The Shipper Receiver plays a key role in supporting the Service Centre by ensuring accurate and efficient handling of all inbound and outbound parts, materials, and supplies. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing warehouse operations, and ensuring that parts and supplies are available to support effective and timely repairs and maintenance. Escalate any discrepancies to supervisor Assist in development and improvement of warehouse and storage plans Assist in development and upkeep of facility 6S Parts Delivery and Pick Up Occasional need to pick up and deliver parts as required in a safe and timely manner Ensure all loads are safe and properly secured at all times Maintain condition and cleanliness of company vehicles Complete vehicle inspection reports (daily, weekly, monthly) Safely operate the company vehicle adhering to all safety requirements, obeying traffic laws and driving undistracted Other work as may be defined Education Grade 12 or equivalent with trade training Industry related experience an asset Valid G License Skills and Experience Knowledge and experience with truck and trailer parts Ability to prioritize tasks and manage large volumes of paperwork efficiently Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Accurate and efficient data entry skills Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office The salary range for this position is $23 per hour - $27 per hour based on relevant credentials and experience.
