Description This posting This posting will be used to fill 1 permanent position working 52.5 hours bi-weekly. Selections for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume. Diploma in recreation, volunteer management/coordination or other related health care field. Experience planning, implementing and evaluating volunteer programs and/or special events. Experience facilitating adult education sessions, interviewing and selecting volunteers would be an asset. Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above will be equally considered. Ability to develop, implement and evaluate volunteer programs. Ability to develop, implement and evaluate volunteer recognition programs. Excellent interpersonal, conflict management and communication skills. Ability to supervise and provide leadership for volunteers. Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
