Responsibilities Coordinate and travel to conduct site visits throughout the Greater Toronto Area, attend site meetings, oversee site activities and provide quality control Assisting with project progress and site reports Assist with shop drawings, answering Contractor requests for information and issuing contract changes Assist with quality control/constructability reviews on drawings and specifications Collaborating and coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team Qualifications Minimum 7+ years'' experience with a focus on the construction phase of projects Sound technical and building envelope knowledge, strong understanding of codes, and familiarity with Ontario construction practices Recognized credentials from a construction contract administration course or other equivalent training considered an asset Ability to effectively communicate and deliver services in French considered an asset Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows; REVIT software; AutoCAD software; Microsoft 365 environment; and Bluebeam and Adobe Reader Compensation BC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $80,800 $107,000 MB & ON: $73,700 $101,500 Atlantic Provinces & QC: $73,000 $96,900 Disclosure: The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
