As the Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President you will be responsible for all coordination and executive support functions within the department. You will complete a full range of administrative tasks and provide assistance to team members to support the achievement of business objectives. How you will create impact: Reviewing correspondence sent to the Executive Vice President to determine urgency and managing schedules to ensure the most effective use of time. Assisting with the logistics, facilitation and scheduling of meetings and events, including technical support and the preparation of presentations. Completing various administrative tasks, including travel bookings, distributing mail, paying invoices, submitting and reviewing team expense reports, procedure documentation and ordering office supplies. Developing a budget framework and process based on historical data and business plans and ensuring applicable deadlines are met accordingly. Providing support services to the department and leadership team including database administration and spreadsheet maintenance, learning key responsibilities and providing back up during absences and peak periods, and completing other tasks as required. You''re an effective team player who shares knowledge to support your peers. To join our team: You have 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related role. You have post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related discipline. Having experience in the insurance industry and/or co-operative sectors is an asset. Expected salary range $60, $100,956.00 The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education. Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
