We are currently seeking an experienced Food Runner / Busser to join our small, close-knit team and help create memorable moments for our members and guests. Position Overview The Food Runner / Busser plays a key role in supporting daily restaurant operations and ensuring seamless service. This position works closely with servers, kitchen staff, and leadership to maintain Stratus'' high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Support servers with daily service and guest needs Follow all opening and closing procedures Deliver food accurately and in accordance with Stratus standards Ensure food quality, presentation, and timely delivery Respond professionally and promptly to guest concerns Collect and share guest feedback to enhance service and build loyalty Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the restaurant Adhere to uniform, grooming, and appearance standards Assist with inventory control and minimize product loss Support food expediting Uphold all safety, sanitation, and security policies Promote Stratus culture with integrity, professionalism, and teamwork Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality Be proficient in all service areas to assist when needed Working Relationships You will work closely with the F&B Manager, Events Director, Executive Chef, and both front- and back-of-house team members.
