RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and welcome patients and visitors at the front desk Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service Assist with insurance verification and billing processes Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Must maintain cleanliness in the entire clinic Responsible for basic clinic cleaning duties sanitizing and cleaning massage sheets. Make sure that the team is ready for a winning day all stocked up -Upsell and advertise clinic''s services. -Responsible for following up clients to rebook their next appointment. -must maintain insurance claim tracking in excel sheet. EXPERIENCE Previous experience in a similar role preferred Strong organizational and administrative skills Familiarity with wellness office procedures is a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively -Must have a customer service experience.
