Overview We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Fleet Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in assisting with managing service operations, coordinating maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heavy equipment, part procurement, industrial machinery, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with fast paced operations, heavy machinery, or mechanical systems is highly desirable. Responsibilities Coordinate service appointments, maintenance schedules, and repairs Assist with service documentation inclusive of work orders, and maintenance records Collaborate alongside fleet management to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks Assist in scheduling heavy equipment operation such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, and other industrial machinery Maintain inventory of parts and tools required for various maintenance activities Skills Heavy equipment (truck, trailer) knowledge Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Familiarity with processes involving heavy equipment or industrial components Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments requiring attention to detail and safety compliance All applicants please contact Fleet Service Manager Victoria Poulin with resume submissions.
