Duties Assist healthcare professionals with patient intake, including vital signs and medical history documentation Prepare examination rooms and ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are ready for patient visits Support patients during their visits by providing instructions and addressing basic inquiries Administer medications as directed by physicians, following proper protocols and safety procedures Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations Assist with scheduling appointments and follow-up care coordination Support infection control practices and maintain cleanliness of clinical areas Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care Qualifications Prior hospital or clinical experience preferred, but not required Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact compassionately with patients Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and maintain confidentiality Basic computer skills for record keeping and scheduling tasks Certification in CPR or first aid is a plus but not mandatory A caring attitude with a focus on patient safety and comfort This role is essential for delivering exceptional healthcare services, supporting both patients and medical staff.
