The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, perform facial treatments, and promote our product lines. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine skincare expertise with retail sales, ensuring clients leave feeling refreshed and satisfied. The Facial Specialist will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while delivering personalized skincare solutions. Responsibilities Perform professional facial treatments tailored to individual client needs, including cleansing, exfoliation, masks, and moisturization Provide expert skincare consultations and recommend suitable products and treatments Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas Deliver excellent guest services by addressing client questions and concerns professionally Educate clients on skincare routines and at-home care tips to foster ongoing relationships Promote retail sales through upselling skincare products, makeup, and body care items Support front desk operations by scheduling appointments and managing client check-in/out processes Assist with additional services such as eyelash extensions, nail care, or body waxing as needed (Prefered, but not Required) Qualifications Proven experience in skincare or beauty services such as facials, makeup application, or body waxing Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a spa or salon environment Retail sales experience with a focus on upselling products and services Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and product benefits Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Previous experience at the front desk or guest services is a plus Certification or licensing in esthetics or cosmetology is preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive commission structure Fully equipped facial rooms Front desk support (booking, payments, POS) Calm, respectful, and drama-free environment Flexible scheduling Opportunity to grow with a new spa How to Apply Apply directly on Indeed with your resume Email your resume to Qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
