Overview Come join our team At Hide and Seek Christian Academy, we believe that faith and learning go hand in hand. Our unique approach combines the principles of Faith, Montessori, and Play-based learning (F.M.P.) to create a nurturing environment where all children thrive. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate RECE to join our team. Working hours: 8 hours a day, Mondays to Fridays. Faith is very important to us as we educate our children on Christian beliefs and values. We are looking for an individual that can contribute to our mission. We will only be looking at candidates that have their RECE and/or qualifications and experience to get Director Approved. Duties Daily prayer start our days Weekly group worship Creating outdoor adventures Create and implement engaging lesson plans Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children Foster children''s social, emotional, and cognitive development Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers Toileting Utilize classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning atmosphere Requirements - Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field - At least 2 years experience working in a licensed childcare - Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with children and parents - Knowledge of computer operations for educational purposes - Strong leadership skills to manage classroom dynamics effectively -Behavior Management skills *Must have current VSC, valid first aid CPR level C, and up to date immunizations.* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.00-$29.00 per hour Benefits: On-site parking Application question(s): Do you have a valid First Aid/ CPR Level C Education: DCS / DEC (preferred) Experience: childcare : 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
