The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in various residential settings. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Organize and declutter areas to enhance the overall appearance of the home. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions. Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes. Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team in various environments. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communication with diverse clients. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients. Experience in residential cleaning preferred but not required; training will be provided. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines Attention to detail in executing cleaning tasks thoroughly and accurately.
