The Beauty Therapist will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty treatments, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and fostering positive client relationships. Duties Perform body waxing, nail care, and other beauty treatments with precision and care Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client experience and satisfaction Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all treatment areas Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort and address any questions or concerns Assist in retail sales by promoting skincare products and beauty accessories Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked for daily operations Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to deliver current services Qualifications Proven experience in body waxing, nail care, or related beauty treatments is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon or spa environment Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a customer-first approach Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetics is preferred but not required depending on local regulations Join our team to help clients look and feel their best while advancing your career in the beauty industry.
