Job Summary We are opening a new dog daycare facility for November 1, 2025 and seeking a dedicated, passionate Dog Daycare Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for dogs while ensuring their well-being and happiness. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as needed. Responsibilities Supervise and interact with dogs in a daycare setting, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times. Maintain cleanliness of the facility by regularly cleaning play areas, kennels, and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners regarding their dog''s behavior and needs. Assist in feeding, administering medications, and monitoring the health of the dogs in your care. Engage dogs in play activities to promote socialization and exercise. Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for both pets and staff. Experience Previous experience working with dogs or in a pet care environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting with pet owners effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting as necessary when handling large breeds or moving equipment. A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their care and well-being is crucial for success in this role.
