Optical Lab Technician Trainee This role is ideal for someone early in their optical career or transitioning into Optical lab-based work. No prior optical lab experience is required. About the Role As an Optical Lab Technician Trainee, you''ll learn the foundations of optical lab work through hands-on training and structured support. Over time, you''ll develop the technical skills required to independently support lens processing, quality control, and lab operations. This role offers a clear development pathway toward becoming a fully independent Optical Lab Technician.
