Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled worker to support our manufacturing and construction operations. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks including, band saw operation, prep and industrial painting, shipping and receiving. This role requires physical stamina, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely in a dynamic environment. The candidate will play a vital role in ensuring project efficiency and quality standards are met. Responsibilities Assist with rigging, lifting, and positioning heavy materials using cranes and forklifts Operate power tools, hand tools, and painting equipment Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute tasks Measure components using tape measures and other precision tools to ensure proper specifications Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols Assist with mechanical repairs and maintenance of equipment as needed Requirements Proven experience or training in manufacturing, construction, or related fields Familiarity with rigging, crane operation, and forklift handling preferred Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, calipers, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations Ability to work in physically demanding environments withstanding heavy lifting and standing for extended periods Strong commitment to safety procedures and protocols This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced industrial setting while contributing to meaningful projects.
