Head Office - Toronto, ON JOB TYPE Internship - 4 months Position Summary Primaris REIT is seeking a Retail & Digital Strategy Intern with a keen interest in Real Estate to join our team in downtown Toronto. Reporting to the VP, Retail & Digital Strategy, you will aid in providing strategic insights into our retail real estate portfolio. Vacancy Status: Internship Role Engage on a number of market research initiatives to provide insights and tracking into market trends, demographics and customer behaviour across our portfolio including foot traffic, sales data and occupancy Support competitive analysis of peer shopping centres and emerging retail concepts Conduct surveys and collect, summarize and analyse data to build comprehensive reports on our malls Assist in the interpretation of data and the formulation of recommendation to support strategic decision making Collaborate with Leasing, Development, Marketing and other teams to create ad hoc reports and presentations tailored to their specific needs as requested Participation in projects and other duties as assigned.
