Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Managerto lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for food service excellence. This role involves overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, and hospitality is highly valued, along with proficiency in POS systems such as Micros POS. Responsibilities Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders to deliver outstanding guest experiences Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service flow and adherence to quality standards Manage food handling procedures and ensure compliance with food safety regulations Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems like Micros POS Train, mentor, and evaluate team members; participate in interviewing and hiring new staff Maintain a welcoming environment for guests, addressing concerns promptly and professionally Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house Monitor cleanliness, organization, and overall restaurant presentation Assist with food preparation and serving as needed to support team efforts Implement hospitality best practices to enhance guest satisfaction and repeat business Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or food service supervision; hospitality or hotel experience is a plus Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively Extensive knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, handling, and kitchen operations Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Background in food preparation, cooking, serving, or barista experience is desirable Ability to oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations Prior experience in supervising staff, interviewing candidates, and managing restaurant operations Knowledge of food industry trends within hospitality settings such as hotels or restaurants is advantageous Join our team to lead a vibrant dining environment where your leadership can make a real impact on guest experiences Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.60-$27.30 per hour Benefits: Discounted or free food Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
