When you join us, you''ll enjoy: Pay: $38-42/hour, with a clear progression framework tied to skill development and performance milestones Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation, employee discounts, and complimentary snacks Growth & Development: Structured onboarding, ongoing training, and defined pathways into leadership roles Work Environment: A safe, inclusive, team-oriented workplace where individual contributions are recognized and valued What You''ll Do Perform preventive maintenance, and unplanned repairs Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions Ensure work is completed and in compliance with GMP, food safety, and safety standards Verify repairs and ensure equipment is returned to safe operating condition Provide on-the-job coaching and technical guidance to operators and others maintenance team Coordinate maintenance contractors when need Plan and notify any maintenance work to be scheduled in the production planning. Support training and onboarding of new maintenance staff Ensure PMs are completed as scheduled Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements Enforce existing safety policies ex lockout/tagout etc, and create is new safety policies are needed for equipment maintenance. Maintain clean, organized work areas (5S principles) Participate in safety investigations and corrective actions Ensure tools and parts are properly stored and used Identify equipment reliability risks and apply improvement opportunities Support root cause analysis (RCA) activities Promote a proactive, prevention-focused maintenance culture Support production daily start and changeovers Assist with installation and modification of equipment Manage maintenance direct software: Support implementation, assets, PM''s, Parts etc. Create and complete work orders accurately and on time Record parts used, downtime causes, and corrective actions Re-order part used to keep parts inventory up to date. What You Bring License Millwright or electrician will be an asset (433A, 442A, 309A) Minimum 3 years experience as mechanical technician, millwright or electrician. Previous experience in food manufacturing an asset. Working experience on food sealing equipment will be an asset Knowledge in PLC''s, HMIs and controls preferred Regular shift will be day shift Monday to Friday but candidate needs to be flexible to work in the afternoon shift and weekends Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are required Comfortable using maintenance software Ability to work well within a team and independently How to Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter.
