That''s how we identify our employees. Job Overview We are seeking experienced flat deck drivers to join our growing team. Driving position based in Winnipeg will include both city and short haul trips requiring only to be away 1 or 2 nights. Compensation Our drivers are professionals and are paid accordingly. For this position, drivers are paid top industry rates. For city trips, drivers are paid hourly and are fully paid for all waiting time including loading and unloading, and are paid overtime where applicable. For shorthaul trips, drivers a paid an industry top per mile rate of pay. Drivers are also compensation through hourly pay for any extra waiting time at deliveries and pickups. Additionally, we take care of our professionals with great benefit coverage and paid vacation time off to spend with your family and friends.
