What we offer - Build your primary care practice in an exclusively NP-led clinic model in Alberta. Flexible shifts and practice models to support FT or PT hours for experienced NPs across licenses (adult, family, all ages, and pediatrics). All clinical and administrative support necessary to support your growing practice is included in our compensation and clinic model. Specifically, you will have full-time clinical and operational support, access to Ava based EMR system, NetCare access, a dedicated clinic contact number, scheduling and video conferencing platform, a clinical NP Medical Director, and 7-day a week access to our fully equipped clinic, advertising on our website and through our social platforms. Our clinic model is reflective of the CPSA accreditation standards. Who are we looking for? NPs with at least 10 years of combined RN and NP clinical experience, 3 of which must be as a practicing NP An individual who has consistently demonstrated: exceptional clinical practice innovates to improve care models and practice standards demonstrates professional integrity among colleagues has strong interpersonal skills is a recognized practice leader has consistently provided exceptional healthcare service to patients through their autonomous practice and mentorship activities. Best Primary Care Compensation Model for NPs in Alberta - The successful NP will be compensated based on a tiered system of experience with room to grow. A full time schedule is 4 clinical days a week, which is compensated with a range between $130,000-$160,000 a year salary. We include 5 personal days, 2 weeks of paid time off and a health spending account to prioritize your personal healthcare.
