Overview The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supporting and enhancing the daily, weekly, and monthly operational and administrative functions of the Food & Beverage department. This role is hands-on and service-focused, with supervisors expected to actively work as a server and/or bartender when scheduled, while also assisting with key administrative duties such as inventory management and ordering. The Supervisor supports day-to-day operations of the Clubhouse, Concession, On-Course Service, and Food & Beverage-related events, ensuring all services operate efficiently, within budget, and to the highest service standards. A strong emphasis is placed on staff leadership, training, inventory control, and time management. Job Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and above-average computer skills Experience using POS systems; knowledge of JONAS is an asset but not required Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional service to Members and guests in all Food & Beverage areas Actively work service shifts as a server and/or bartender when scheduled Support daily Food & Beverage operations in the Clubhouse, Concession, and On Course Service Assist with staff scheduling, ensuring service needs are met efficiently Maintain accurate inventory levels, including ordering and stock management Assist with daily cash-outs and end-of-shift financial procedures Train, coach, and support staff to ensure consistent service standards Coordinate events in collaboration with Food & Beverage Management Ensure compliance with all government regulations, including AGLC liquor laws Serve as a point of contact between staff and management, fostering clear communication Key Goals Enhance Member and guest satisfaction through attention to detail and service excellence Improve sales and revenue through effective staff and inventory management Provide strong operational and administrative support to the Food & Beverage Management team Promote collaboration and communication between departments, including the kitchen and golf shop Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 35 per week Benefits: Discounted or free food Work Location: In person
