Duties Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals Manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and outreach efforts Conduct negotiations with prospective clients to close deals effectively Create CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics Collaborate with team to develop campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to senior management Oversee account management activities to ensure consistent service delivery and client engagement Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies Travel throughout the province of Alberta, Saskatchewan and BC. Experience Proven experience in asphalt and construction sales, with a focus on asphalt distribution and asphalt repair sales. Demonstrated success in outside sales, business development, and account management roles Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools for sales tracking and analysis.
