Arctic Energy Solutions is seeking a motivated Insulation Helper to join our growing team in Moncton. This position primarily supports attic insulation projects in residential and light commercial properties, with additional support provided for other insulation services as required. As an Insulation Helper, you will work closely with experienced crew members using specialized insulation equipment, installing attic-related materials, climbing ladders, and loading materials and tools in and out of company vehicles. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and working as part of a team. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Loading and unloading insulation materials, tools, and equipment from company vehicles Setting up, operating, and maintaining insulation blowing machines and hoses Assisting with blown-in attic insulation installations Supporting batt insulation and vapour barrier installation as required Assisting with spray foam insulation work under the direction of certified installers Preparing job sites by protecting customer property and completing post-installation clean-up Installing attic hatches, ventilation products, and related materials Safely climbing ladders and accessing attic spaces through access hatches Following company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards Working collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule Qualifications: Valid driver''s license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work in hot, confined attic spaces Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in tight spaces Physically capable of performing manual labour Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Previous construction or insulation experience is considered an asset but not required Why you will love working with us: Top-Notch Tools & Vehicles: Get hands-on with brand-new equipment and company vehicles and company clothing that make your job easier and more enjoyable.
