Competitive wages with performance-based incentives Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, life, and disability coverage Supportive, energetic workplace culture you won''t find anywhere else Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client needs and expectations Answer incoming phone calls and inquiries related to vehicle service and maintenance Greet customers arriving for service appointments and assist with check-in Create service quotes, estimates, and repair orders Communicate with technicians regarding required repairs and maintenance recommendations Present repair options clearly, including OEM and aftermarket parts when applicable Provide regular updates to customers on repair status and timelines Coordinate with the Parts Department to confirm availability and schedule future appointments Review completed work with customers and close repair orders accurately Assist customers with warranty coverage information and potential cost-saving options Support internal service workflow and assist other departments as needed Perform additional duties as assigned.
