The role includes assisting clients in securing mortgages and alternative financing solutions, maintaining relationships with lenders, and providing expert financial advice. Responsibilities also involve working with clients to understand their financial goals and creating tailored plans to meet their needs, along with staying updated on market trends and lending options. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending practices Expertise in Mortgage Servicing and Mortgages, including understanding client needs and financial assessments Proficiency in Mortgage Marketing and client relationship management Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment Experience in financial planning or banking is an asset Licensing or certification as a Mortgage Agent in Ontario
