G.A. Innovation is seeking a Red Seal Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team in Manitoba. This role focuses on commercial and institutional projects only, including healthcare, education, government, and enterprise facilities. We are looking for a skilled, safety-conscious electrician who takes pride in clean, professional work and wants long-term stability with opportunities to grow. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Install electrical pathways including conduit (EMT and other types) Perform commercial electrical installations and infrastructure work Pull, route, and secure wiring in accordance with code and project drawings Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications Coordinate work with other trades and internal teams Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Follow all safety procedures, site requirements, and PPE standards Qualifications Red Seal Journeyman Electrician (required) Commercial and/or institutional electrical experience Strong knowledge of electrical codes and best practices Ability to work independently or as part of a team Valid driver''s license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and lifts WHAT WE OFFER Competitive compensation Competitive benefits package Full-time, steady work in Manitoba No residential work Professional, growth-oriented work environment Opportunities to work alongside integrated security and technology teams Apply today to join a growing, innovative security integration team.
