Join Subaru Windsor as a Sales Consultant Summary: Subaru Windsor is seeking a passionate and dedicated Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you''ll be responsible for managing every aspect of the car sales process, from greeting customers to finalizing the sale and maintaining long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building brand loyalty. Pay Range: $60,000 - $100,000 Annually Key Responsibilities: Greet customers promptly, courteously, and professionally. Listen to customer needs and guide them in selecting the right vehicle. Build strong customer relationships through consistent communication. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales processes. Handle inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. Follow up with customers and make prospecting calls to generate leads. Prepare for vehicle deliveries, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a professional appearance at all times. Key Skills & Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong customer service skills, with a focus on active listening and problem-solving. Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Highly organized with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage difficult customer situations with a positive attitude. Flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends as needed. Valid driver''s license with the ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Previous automotive sales experience is an asset.
