Roles And responsibilities: Experience working on ServiceNow CMDBITAM modules. Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements. Administration of Knowledge Base and Service Catalog; configure outofthebox workflows and create & maintain custom workflows. Configure application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls; integrate ServiceNow application(s) with thirdparty systems via APIs; provide input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals. Strong background in software development, software architecture, data structures, algorithms, and SDLC model; experience with scripting languages such as Python, especially under Unix/Linux; knowledge of database application concepts, SQL, query optimization. Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules and integrations to automate and improve various business processes. Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with thirdparty tools and applications ensuring data consistency and smooth communication between systems. ServiceNow CMDBITAM modules.
