Clinical Management Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff for safe, effective, personcentered care Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor and evaluate care quality, identify improvement areas, and implement evidencebased practices Team Member Supervision and Development Train, supervise and evaluate nursing professionals (RN, RPN/LPN, PSW/HCA) Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication and professional growth Provide ongoing education on clinical best practices, regulatory requirements and residentcentered approaches Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with all relevant Ontario longterm care legislation and standards Maintain accurate documentation relating to resident care, medication administration and incident reporting Coordinate and participate in regulatory inspections, audits and surveys, addressing deficiencies and implementing corrective actions Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Implement QA measures to monitor care and services quality Conduct regular reviews of clinical policies and procedures for best practice alignment Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for quality improvement Interdisciplinary Collaboration Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and dietary staff to coordinate holistic care Participate in care planning meetings, case conferences and family meetings to discuss resident needs and preferences Who You Are Compassionate and dedicated to meaningful work supporting seniors Holder of a Bachelor of Nursing Science or equivalent postdiploma education Currently registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses Minimum 1 year experience in Long Term Care nursing Minimum 23 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a managerial or supervisory capacity What You Need To Know Sienna Senior Living is committed to an inclusive environment where all feel they belong Legal eligibility to work in Canada or a valid work permit is required Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check is necessary Sienna Senior Living may utilize artificial intelligence to screen, assess, or select applicants for this position.
