You will: Support Sales Excellence Collaborate daily with Sales, Operations, Pricing, and other teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service. Lead the development and submission of RFPs, RFIs, and customerrequested documentation with accuracy and professionalism. Facilitate the onboarding and training of new sales staff to align with Midland''s sales strategies and best practices. Deliver Superior Customer Service Provide timely, accurate shipment updates to customers, ensuring transparency and trust. Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, urgency, and problemsolving expertise. Drive Efficiency & Continuous Improvement Champion workflow optimization by identifying and removing manual processes.Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the Sales organization. Coordinate efficient, costeffective travel arrangements for the Sales Team while ensuring compliance with company policies. QUALIFICATIONS We''re looking for a strong teammate with a passion for service and operational excellence. 5+ years of transportation industry experience you understand the business, the language, and the pace. A proactive, resultsdriven mindset with strong problemsolving abilities. Ability to thrive in fastpaced, highpressure environments. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
