Job Posting: Craft Beer Sales Manager - Ottawa Area Position: Craft Beer Sales Manager Location: Ottawa, Ontario Company: Overflow Brewing Company Overflow Brewing Company is seeking a dynamic and passionate Craft Beer Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to represent one of Ottawa''s leading craft breweries and contribute to the expansion of our brand. As our first dedicated sales employee, this individual will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with bars, restaurants, and retail partners. Sell Overflow draft and packaged beer to on-premise and off-premise accounts across Ottawa Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while actively identifying and opening new accounts Meet and exceed mutually agreed-upon sales goals Work closely with our in-house self-distribution team to ensure seamless product delivery and account support Represent Overflow Brewing Company at festivals, events, and promotions as required Qualifications & Requirements Base Qualifications: Minimum age of 25+ Ability to frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift/move up to 55 lbs Access to a personal vehicle with an active auto insurance policy Clean driving record and no criminal record Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and festivals Professional-level understanding of Microsoft Office/365 Required Experience: Experience in craft beer sales Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets in both on-premise and off-premise environments Strong knowledge of Ottawa''s bar, restaurant, LCBO, TBS, and grocery retail landscape Ability to build lasting customer relationships through a personable and professional approach Cicerone certification is preferred but not required Personal Characteristics Driven, ambitious, and self-motivated Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people A clear passion for craft beer and the Overflow Brewing Company brand Ability to stay cool under pressure while closing dealsCommitted to proudly representing Overflow on and off the clock Compensation Base salary plus commission Total compensation will be commensurate with experience Overflow Brewing Company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
