Job Description

Service Technician Bunzl Canada Join as a Service Technician at Bunzl Canada. The Service Technician provides excellent customer service while servicing customer equipment. You will record service requests, successfully service equipment, and follow up with customers on maintenance or concerns. Responsibilities Perform planned and preventative maintenance on company product lines and competitive equipment. Complete customer service breakdown calls and repairs as scheduled. Prepare new equipment for installation and inservice. Maintain customer records and profiles. Prepare and complete customer work orders, warranty claims, and parts orders. Build and maintain good relationships with customers, sales staff, and management. Solve mechanical and electrical problems using electronic, paper service manuals, and manufacturer technical support. Actively foster key customer relationships and realize future growth potential. Requirements Mechanical, electrical, or automotive background, training, or certification. Minimum of 2 years experience. Strong communication skills. Selfstarter who takes initiative and maintains excellent followthrough and followup. Strong organizational skills. Effective communication and customer service skills. Strong computer skills. Ability to work effectively in situations involving change and/or competing demands. Perform well in a fastpaced environment. Proficient handling of all confidential and timesensitive material. Ability to stay within budget on expenditures. Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Possess a valid drivers license and clean driving record. Some travel required. Some overtime may be required. Raliser les appels de dpannage et les rparations selon le calendrier tabli. Prparer le nouvel quipement pour linstallation et la mise en service. Maintenir les dossiers et profils des clients. Prparer et complter les bons de travail, les rclamations de garantie et les commandes de pices. tablir et maintenir de bonnes relations avec nos clients, le personnel de vente et la direction. Rsoudre les problmes mcaniques et lectriques en utilisant les manuels lectroniques et papier ainsi que le soutien technique des fabricants. Favoriser activement les relations cls avec les clients et identifier le potentiel de croissance future. Exigences Avoir une formation ou une certification en mcanique, lectricit ou automobile. Minimum de 2 ans dexprience. Excellentes comptences en communication. tre autonome, prendre des initiatives et assurer un excellent suivi. Solides comptences organisationnelles. Aptitude communiquer efficacement et offrir un service la clientle de qualit. Bonne matrise des outils informatiques. Capacit travailler efficacement dans des situations impliquant des changements et/ou des demandes concurrentes. Bien performer dans un environnement dynamique. Matrise du traitement de documents confidentiels et sensibles. Capacit respecter le budget des dpenses. Effectuer dautres tches connexes selon les besoins et les directives.
