Your Responsibilities You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they''re looking for, and you do so with a ''friends first'' mindset. You are passionate about AE & Aerie product and educate guests on product details, making suggestions that fit their needs. You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. You adapt to any zoneSalesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, or Stockroomas needed. You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. You are a team player, always willing to assist your team and get the job done. You act with integrity, following AEO''s policies & procedures. You''d Be Great For This Role If You love interacting with people. You are full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment. You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays). You love AE and Aerie products.
