Manage all promo and pricing standards. Build and oversee product flow, merchandising plans and overall presentation standards. Protect Company Assets and uphold all Company & Business Compliance expectations. Become a Community Ambassador partnering with local organizations. Ability to manage capacity and change management initiatives. Champion and deliver Pro Hockey Lifes Customer Experience Model across the Store Team. Ensure floor plan is a fully accessible and easily shoppable experience. Execute and maintain PHL pricing and promotion strategies. Ensure staff onboarding is delivered to the companys expectations. Provide continuous feedback and coaching to Store Teams using relevant reporting and performance programs. Flawless execution of visual and pricing standards, store maintenance and compliance with operating initiatives and timelines. Establish and follow through on weekly price changes and department POP as per communication, achieving consistent pricing and price sweeps. Maintain product flow from warehouse to sales floor and complete weekly price sweeps and audits. Ensure compliance with all corporate LP, Cash and Store Audit, and OH&S policies and procedures. Lead and develop store staff through setting expectations, coaching, feedback, and ongoing support. Communicate clearly and lead effective huddles/meetings/coaching sessions. Ensure staff have understanding of department maintenance standards and merchandising. Provide resolution for all customer concerns. Qualifications Proven Leader and Mentor with retail management experience. Proven ability to build and manage daily store execution plans. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Understanding of compliance management. Strong training and coaching skills with high energy, drive, and a customer-focused mindset. Previous retail management experience is an asset. Our typical hiring range is between $34,800 and $52,200. Salary decisions depend on experience, knowledge, skills, competencies, store size and location, industry benchmarks, internal equity, and other role-specific requirements.
