Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and security-conscious System Administrator to join our IT team at Lordco Auto Parts . You will be part of a team responsible for maintaining and securing our organizations IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud services. Youll play a key role in implementing security best practices, identifying vulnerabilities, and responding to incidents; ensuring our systems are resilient, secure, and reliable. This range is provided by Lordco Auto Parts. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more. What Youll Do Develop, implement and maintain security policies and procedures, including Azure security best practices Implement and enforce system hardening standards and patch management procedures Manage and monitor computer systems, applications, and networks, including On-Premises and Azure IaaS and PaaS infrastructure Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including those related to Office 365 and Azure services Ensure data backups are performed regularly and securely, including On-Premises, Office 365 and Azure backups Assist in managing firewalls, endpoint protection, and intrusion detection/prevention systems Maintain clear documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations Collaborate with other teams to support business operations Educate staff on security best practices and contribute to awareness initiatives Qualifications Bachelor''s degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, or at least 4 years of experience as a Systems Administrator, including experience supporting Azure, Office 365, and endpoint management Proven experience and knowledge of core Microsoft products such as Windows Server, Active Directory, and Remote Desktop Services Experience with security tools such as antivirus, ERD, IDS/IPS and vulnerability scanners Experience with Azure services such as VMs, Azure AD, Azure Networking, App Services, and Azure Storage Experience with Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams Experience with endpoint management such as device management, software deployment, and policy configuration Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V Familiarity with identity and access management, MFA, and privileged access controls Knowledge of networking protocols and security best practices Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Extended Benefits for You and Your Family Life Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability Insurance Education and Savings Plans, RRSP matching Health and Wellness program Employee & Family Assistance Program Generous Employee Perks and Discounts Career Development Support & Promote-From-Within Culture to enhance your expertise and maximize your career journey Work Flexibility to fit your unique schedule Location and job postings: Surrey, Burnaby, Langley, British Columbia, Canada #J-18808-Ljbffr
