Direct message the job poster from Summit Search Group The Marketing Manager, Diagnostics, is responsible for the strategic management of our clients'' diagnostic product portfolio. This role drives the creation and execution of campaigns to promote innovative diagnostic solutions across multiple platforms and channels, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing to ensure a seamless and continuously improving customer journey. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, leading demand and supply forecasting, and chairing the Diagnostics Strategic Planning Team. As a central liaison, the Marketing Manager coordinates crossfunctional efforts with Regulatory, Quality, Supply & Demand, Logistics, Technical Support, Customer Support, and Sales teams nationwide. The primary objectives are to optimize product positioning, accelerate sales growth, enhance profitability, and achieve supply chain KPIs. What you should expect: Owns product launches. Collaborates, coordinates and communicates across functions to deliver the launch objectives within launch timelines. Leads the strategic planning process in the development of the annual operating plan through a crossfunctional team of Marketing/Field Sales/Sales Management and Veterinary Operations to identify opportunities to best achieve performance. Manages brand planning (in collaboration with the Net Revenue Analyst) associated with financial cycles to ensure they meet expectations of profitability, volume, and market share. Enables field operations, working internally and with external agencies to produce highimpact and efficient digital and print assets and programs to engage multilayered customers. Collaborates with the Global Asset Team, to represent the needs of the Canadian Market for product development and evergreening, as well as in the development of core branding assets supported by the Centre of Excellence (CoE) to ensure best practice is used throughout planning across the full portfolio. Coordinates with the supply function to ensure product availability from launch and on an ongoing basis while minimizing writeoffs. Works effectively with other business unit colleagues, including Companion Animal and Livestock, to identify and leverage crossfunctional synergies that enhance overall business performance. Actively networks and collaborates with key marketing teams in other countries to share best practices and drive alignment on branding and global initiatives. Develops and defines the digital marketing strategy and ensures ongoing delivery of that strategy to meet the needs of the target customer. Leads customer journey mapping and persona development with the brand teams. Understands the market dynamics and customer needs through quantitative and qualitative assessment, data analysis and interpretation, team feedback and field visits. What you should bring: Bachelors degree (Science or Business), M.B.A. (is an asset) Minimum of 5-10 years of related experience with a proven track record in sales or marketing, with at least 5 years experience in Digital Marketing Experience in marketing of pharmaceutical, B2B technical products or animal health products is an asset Extensive knowledge from experience of digital marketing techniques to increase customer engagement, retention, and improve user experience Demonstrated strong strategic, analytical, and financial management skills Proven leadership and teamwork abilities in situations with crossfunctional accountabilities Demonstrated ability to manage and be a champion of change Strong analytical skills, critical observation skills, and sound judgement Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, negotiation) Strong English oral and written skills. Bilingualism (French) is an asset Able to plan and manage various projects; PMP certification, an asset Experience in collaborating within matrixed multinational organization(s) Available for occasional travel (travel up to 10% of the time) Proficiency in various digital marketing systems, such as: Salesforce and Crownpeak (or similar Enterprise CMS platform like EpiServer, SiteCore, Adobe, Acquia) Google Analytics, Adwords and Social Media Basic design and HTML skills (Desired) Knowledge of Pitcher/eDetailing (Desired) Proficiency in English is essential for this role, as it is the primary language used for communication with our Canadian and International colleagues outside of Quebec. The ideal candidate must have a strong command of English to ensure clarity and efficiency in all interactions, facilitating effective collaboration and teamwork.
