Perma-Pipe in Camrose, AB is hiring a Regional Sales Manager (West)! Were looking for a Regional Sales Manager (West) to be part of our growing Canadian (AB & ON) business. The Regional Sales Manager (West) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Communicating value propositions effectively, fostering trust, and promoting company products and services. Focused on customer engagement and consistently achieving sales targets. With the goal of building a 24/7 safety culture and creating a bestinclass operation in the Canadian market, the role supports the achievement of the sites business goals and objectives. The role is situated in Camrose, AB, with occasional travel. There is no camp or remote travel required. Camrose is a city of almost 20,000 residents, with the charm of a small town and the amenities of a city serving as a business and regional hub for over 100,000 people. Offering extensive commerce, recreation, health care and education opportunities, Camrose is also one of Albertas most picturesque cities, situated on the Stoney Creek River valley. Essential Job Functions Sales & Revenue Generation Promote and sell PPC products and services using strong technical and valuebased selling strategies. Achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets. Foster revenue growth by building and maintaining strong customer relationships and cocreating innovative solutions to address customer challenges. Prospect and acquire new customers and sales opportunities through market research and networking. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms in accordance with company policies and the Delegation of Authority (DOA) Matrix. Proposal Development & Technical Support Review project takeoffs, requirements, and specifications to identify optimal product solutions and support accurate project estimation. Lead the development and submission of proposals, including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Legal, Production, etc.) to prepare BSD/BFS documentation and obtain required approvals. Develop and continuously build technical and application knowledge across PPC product lines and services. Host customer product and services presentations, including technical presentations and lunchandlearn sessions. Customer & Project Support Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues during project execution, ensuring timely escalation and clear communication with relevant stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system. Market Intelligence & Strategic Alignment Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, sharing insights to support short and longterm business strategy. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and deliver effective, customerfocused solutions. Participate in company sales strategy development and execution. Reporting & Representation Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management. Represent the Company at trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to expand market presence. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Background and Education: High School diploma, PostSecondary Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent is required. Engineering or Business degree preferred. Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a related sales or commercial role. Required Experience: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict management skills with a customercentric mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a targetdriven environment. Strong organizational, time management, and problemsolving abilities. Proficient math skills with the ability to learn technical product applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience using CRM software.
