The ideal candidate is comfortable testing lowcode solutions endtoend and developing automation to scale regression coverage. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain test strategy and test plans for business application delivery (functional, regression, integration, data, security, performance). Create and manage test suites, test cases, and test execution cycles in Azure DevOps Test Plans, ensuring traceability to backlog items. Design and build automated test scripts to support regression and criticalpath validation (UI and/or API level). Validate acceptance criteria with the Business Analyst and technical feasibility with the Architect. Support release readiness by providing test completion reports, defect summaries, and go/nogo input. Continuously improve QC practices: reusable test assets, automation coverage, and test data management. Qualifications 4+ years in QC/testing roles with a blend of manual and automation testing. Demonstrated experience with Azure DevOps Test Management (test plans, test cases). Experience testing lowcode / SaaS / web applications with complex workflows and data integration surfaces. Strong understanding of testing fundamentals: test design techniques, boundary/negative testing, regression approaches, and riskbased testing. Familiarity with automation tools/frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar (toolagnostic; prove ability to automate). Understanding of CI/CD and how tests fit into pipelines. Exposure to performance testing concepts for apps/flows and delegation constraints in Power Apps. Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL400/PL200, or relevant QA certs) are a plus. Strong attention to detail with a structured, analytical mindset. Comfortable switching between manual exploration and automation building. Ownership of quality endtoend, not just test execution. Clear, concise defect reporting and stakeholder communication.
