Position Summary We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media, Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to manage our digital presence, support marketing efforts, and assist with general administrative tasks related to event operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) Capture high-quality photos and content at events during load-in, show, and strike Create and send monthly email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, updates) Manage and update the company website Assist with booking and coordinating event crew Provide general administrative support as needed Qualifications Experience with social media management and content creation Strong photography skills, preferably in live event environments Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) Basic website management experience (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends for events Preferred Skills Experience in events, audiovisual production, or creative industries Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.) Knowledge of CRM or scheduling tools This is a part time, hybrid contract position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
