Account Coordinators manager customer accounts, provide support for inquires, and oversee our waste monitoring program (iSMART TechnologyTM). Location: Account Coordinators will work out of the office location. Work Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm | Hours may vary depending on business needs and On-Call is possible. Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,0000 Bonus: This position is eligible to receive an incentive award targeted at 5% of the base salary. Responsibilities Manage customer accounts, assess customer needs and assist with inquiries and complaints. Run waste compactor monitor pilots and implement/train new customers. Waste compactor fullness and diagnostic monitoring. Ensure optimal compliance for haulage service level and invoicing agreements. Execute optimization plans to meet sustainability goals. Generate monthly/quarterly/annual reports on compactor fullness and haulage performance. Generate monthly/quarterly/annual reports on inefficiencies, operational issues, cost inefficiencies. Quote, scheduling, dispatch and invoice technicians for onsite service and repairs. Qualifications Post Secondary Education Minimum of 12 years experience in customer service or administrative / coordination Superior PC skills (proficiency in MS-Office and MS-Excel) required Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Experience in report writing Selfmotivated, team player able to work with minimal supervision Excellent problem solving skills Overtime may be required on occasion to meet project deadlines Passion for environmental and sustainability initiatives Bilingual in French would be an asset Why Work For Us Join Metro Compactor Service, an industry leader in the waste & recycling equipment sector in Canada.
