E-Commerce represents one of the key areas of growth for Lenbrook, and so we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Ecommerce Administrator to join our team. The ideal applicant would enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment. They will be self-motivated, detail oriented, and someone who can successfully balance multiple tasks and deadlines. The primary goal of this position is to help support the sales efforts of our e-commerce team by entering orders, processing returns and answering customer queries. What You Bring to the Team Professional experience in a fast-paced, e-commerce environment Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Google Ads Proactive, responsible, self-motivated, and organized team player Extended hours required occasionally month end, inventory count etc. Strong keyboarding skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure A Day in the Life Oversee online listings and paid digital media ad spend Accurate and timely handling of orders Effective handling of emails and phone calls with end customers, internal tech support, and operations teams Assistance with forecasting and inventory management on various online platforms, including Amazon Monitoring prompt turnaround from order entry to outbound shipments, working closely with the E-Commerce Account Executives, Distribution services and Tech Support team, communicating with both customers and internal staff depending on the shipment destination Maintaining accurate product and pricing files on various databases Processing warranty returns authorizations and claims on a timely basis within the appropriate policies Participating in quarterly physical inventory counts Providing proactive customer service, including answering and returning customer phone calls Other related duties, as assigned Compensation Total Compensation: $45,000$47,000 annually (inclusive of base salary and variable sales incentive) Additional benefits Paid vacation and sick leave Health and dental benefits Group RRSP program Weve got you covered We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes extended health, prescription, vision and dental coverage, vacation time and more.
