Responsibilities Be the goto person for tech troubleshooting and support. Assist with resolving technical issues. Help set up and support video conferencing. Learn how to manage service requests and keep systems running smoothly. Update and maintain accurate records in ServiceNow. Guide users on how to make the most of their technology. Collaborate with IT professionals and participate in realworld projects. Qualifications Currently enrolled in postsecondary degree Curious about technology and eager to learn. Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and Teams. Comfortable with web browsers and common tech tools. Strong communication and customer service skills.
