Graphic Design Specialist (Brand & Paid Ads) Tripshepherd and See Sight Tours are looking for a Graphic Design Specialist (Brand & Paid Ads) to own the visual execution of our brand across paid advertising, digital touchpoints, and realworld experiences. This is a handson, executionfocused role for a designer who understands how creative impacts performance. Youll play a critical role in shaping how our brand looks and feels from highperforming paid ads to tour guide uniforms, merchandise, signage, and familyfriendly brand assets. Youll work closely with the Growth team to ensure our visuals not only look great but also drive bookings, build trust, and create memorable experiences. Department: Growth / Marketing Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer Employment Type: Fulltime What Youll Be Responsible For Paid Ads & Performance Creative Design static and lightmotion creative for paid ads across Meta, Google, and other platforms Create and iterate ad creative based on performance data and testing results Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Specialist to test hooks, formats, and visuals Design thumbnails, overlays, and supporting creative for video ads Digital Brand & Website Assets Design visual assets for landing pages, funnels, and promotions Support conversionfocused design initiatives in collaboration with the CRO Specialist Ensure brand consistency across all digital customer touchpoints Brand & Physical Experience Design and maintain visual assets for tour guide uniforms (polos, jackets, hats) Create merchandise, signage, and print materials used across tours and locations Ensure consistent application of brand colours, typography, and visual standards Brand WorldBuilding & Family Experience Support the design and evolution of brand mascots Create kidfriendly brand materials such as colouring books, activity sheets, and fun tour assets Contribute to visual storytelling that enhances the overall customer experience What Were Looking For 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a brand, ecommerce, or performancedriven environment A strong portfolio showcasing paid ad creative, brand systems, and realworld applications Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar tools Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and conversionfocused design Ability to move quickly, take feedback, and iterate in a fastpaced environment Experience designing for both digital and print/physical assets is a strong asset Nice to Have Basic motion or animation experience (After Effects, Canva animations, etc.) Experience working with travel, lifestyle, or consumer brands What Success Looks Like in This Role Paid ad creative that improves engagement, CTR, and conversion rates A consistent, recognizable brand across digital and inmarket experiences Fast, reliable creative execution that supports growth initiatives Visual assets that enhance customer trust and brand perception Why Join Tripshepherd & See Sight Tours Be part of a fastgrowing travel company with global reach See your work come to life both online and in realworld tour experiences Work directly with leadership and have real ownership over your output Join a lean, performancedriven Growth team focused on results Seniority level Entry level Employment type Fulltime Job function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
