About The Role Reports directly to the PMO Manager, The PMO Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the implementation and administration of the Project Management Office (PMO). This position ensures that PMO standards and processes are effectively applied across all projects. Duties are responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Assist in establishing and maintaining PMO policies, procedures and templates; Support the rollout of PMO tools and methodologies across the company; Monitor compliance with PMO standards and provide guidance to project teams; Schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, organize training and manage project files; Maintain project plans, update schedules, manage task logs and ensure compliance; Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders and the PMO Manager; Ensure projects follow established PMO standards, processes and tools; Assist in allocating tools and support and monitor resource needs; Assist with financial tracking, updating status reports and monitoring project milestones; Prepare and update PMO dashboards and performance metrics; and Any other tasks assigned by the PMO Manager Requirements & Qualifications Education Bachelor''s Degree or Diploma in Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering or Architectural Technology Years of Experience Minimum 2+ years of experience working in project management.
