This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, writing strong job postings, supporting recruitment processes end-to-end, and contributing to programs that create meaningful access to work opportunities. This position reports into the HR department and work closely with both the HR team and our Workforce Development team , supporting hiring across the organization while also contributing to workforce program delivery initiatives. Job Responsibilities In this role, youll support recruitment and workforce development activities that help connect people to meaningful work opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication Drafting and maintaining job descriptions and creating clear, engaging job ads and recruitment materials Maintaining recruitment pipelines, tracking tools, and documentation to support a positive candidate experience Supporting onboarding coordination and recruitment-related documentation Assisting with workforce development program initiatives, including job fairs, information sessions, community events, and program promotion Coordinating logistics for outreach activities, including registrations, materials, scheduling, and follow-up communications Providing administrative and coordination related to recruitment and workforce program delivery Supporting process improvement efforts focused on recruitment practices Managing timelines and deliverables while adapting to shifting priorities Working collaboratively with HR and Workforce Development teams and handling information with professionalism and discretion Job Requirements Were looking for someone who is organized, curious, and dependable, with strong follow-through and a collaborative approach to their work.
