Work Location Brampton, ON Shift/Hours or Hybrid Environment On-site- 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday Salary/Hourly Rate $54,000 - $70,000 Initial Posting Close Date February 22nd 2026 Please note, this is a 12 month contract position About This Opportunity Reporting to the Manager, Parts Supply, the Administrator, Parts works with the fast-paced and knowledgeable team in the world of supply chain Equipment Service Parts. This role works with Coke Canada Field Operations teams on supplying parts to the equipment service technicians across Canada via the pick, pack and ship processes. Responsibilities Work with customers and technicians regarding our national small parts program via Salesforce Customer Service ticket, as well as directly by phone, email or in person Process (pick, pack and ship) daily orders, weekly auto procure and ad hoc orders for customers and Canadian technicians in SAP All aspects of warehouse upkeep and inventory stock-keeping Receiving parts from local and international suppliers Ensure Purchase Orders (POs) are closed in system and inventory updated Warehouse cleaning and inventory management involving relocation of parts, bin relabeling, and parts inventory counting Support Parts Advisors on national parts requirements, including drop shipping direct to distribution center Operate forklift on a daily basis Operate vehicle requiring G class license Qualifications Completion of High School required 2 years of post-secondary education preferred 1+ years of experience working in warehousing and/or a position involving service parts shipping & receiving G Class Drivers license Forklift license required with counterbalance experience Basic Excel, Work, Outlook and Access experience required SAP and Salesforce experience an asset Ability to multitask in a dynamic and open environment Ability to communicate to all levels of management Excellent prioritization and time management skills Why work with us?
