Role Overview Reporting to the Manager, B2B Sales, the Account Manager Distribution and Reseller Segment will focus on managing our distribution channel and midlevel reseller partners while also identifying and qualifying potential resellers that can be moved to our hypergrowth segment. You will own and execute the distribution and specific midlevel reseller grouping strategy, ensuring monthly forecast targets and key KPIs are met. This role requires strong communication skills to relay insights and key learnings to the business, as well as the ability to plan, adapt, and drive quarterly and monthly business cycles. Your initiative, strategic mindset, and ability to influence outcomes will be essential for strengthening partnerships and driving growth across the distribution and reseller network. Duties & Responsibilities Develop tactical plans to identify growth opportunities within reseller and distribution accounts. Manage business relationships with key stakeholders, including vendor managers, buyers, marketing managers, business owners and key decision makers. Drive enduser sales by owning and executing highlevel strategy for grouping of highpotential resellers within our existing partner base. Deliver and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and KPIs for channel partners. Ensure consistent monthly communication on the distribution segment to the executive level. Handle account escalations, finding effective solutions autonomously while keeping internal stakeholders informed and adhering to Brothers highlevel initiatives/strategic direction. Coordinate and lead interdepartmental meetings to support strategic initiatives. Provide regular updates on account activities, opportunities, and impacts on the business. Collaborate with Brother US counterparts around North American special pricing opportunities. Track and manage market development funds. Experience & Qualifications University or College Degree in Business or related field (an asset). 35years in channel account management with proven success in achieving KPIs and driving strategy. Strong understanding of IT Channel account management planning and business development process. Knowledge of Distribution Channel. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Resultsdriven with a commitment to quality and innovation. Market intelligence experience in monitoring market shifts and adjusting account plans accordingly. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and datadriven decisionmaking skills. Critical thinker with a solutionfocused mindset and curiosity to challenge norms. Willing to travel up to 20%. Bilingual. Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication is essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec.
