Base pay range CA$40.00/hr - CA$40.00/hr Direct message the job poster from The Mason Group - Strategic Search Partners Our client has undergone significant business changes and is seeking an experienced Inventory Analyst to join their team for a 6-month assignment. This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records across multiple sites and ensuring data integrity throughout the process. Working closely with the Manager, Accounting, the incumbent will be contributing as follows: Inventory G/L Account reconciliations Perform physical inventory counts across multiple locations (Candidate must have a car and be willing to drive in Ontario, as far as Ottawa) Collect and consolidate inventory data from various plants Update and maintain accurate inventory logs and records Identify and resolve discrepancies through thorough investigation Collaborate with operations and plant teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of data Support reporting and analysis as needed Requirements Previous experience with Inventory Accounting and G/L reconciliations Extensive inventory experience, full cycle including physical counts Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple sites Comfortable in a manual, hands-on environment with a mix of office and plant-based work If you are already registered with The Mason Group, please contact your Recruiting Consultant directly with reference to job #20440.
