Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Commercial Operations, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with multiple departments and have direct exposure to senior leaders of the organization. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting, forecasting, annual budget, and long-term financial plans for the senior leadership team; Assist with quarterly and annual management reporting package for the board of directors; Assist with analyzing financial results and variances and prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports; Collaborate with cross-functional teams through preparation of monthly financial reports for department leaders; Improve and streamline financial models and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy; Work on special projects as needed. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, or similar role; Strong analytical and problem solving; Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets; High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including in-depth knowledge of advanced formulas Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting; Prior experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, and Hubspot a plus, but not required; Ability to work independently as well as part of the team; Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills; Exceptional time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
