Provide executive oversight of multiunit hospitality and gaming operations, including hotel and five food and beverage outlets Lead financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and P&L management Ensure compliance with all gaming, regulatory, and operational standards Lead, coach, and develop a senior management team, fostering accountability and high performance Standardize operating systems, policies, procedures, and performance metrics across departments Collaborate closely with ownership on longterm planning, capital priorities, and growth initiatives Maintain a strong onsite leadership presence, ensuring operational excellence and service standards are consistently upheld Requirements The ideal candidate is a seasoned hospitality executive with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience. They bring a strong operational foundation, commercial discipline, and the leadership presence required to guide complex, multiunit operations across hotel, food and beverage, and casino assets. This role is best suited to a leader who combines operational depth with peoplefirst leadership someone motivated by building strong teams, safe and consistent operations, and sustainable performance across a complex hospitality and gaming portfolio, while contributing meaningfully to the community and Nation the organization serves. They will demonstrate: Seniorlevel experience overseeing integrated hotel, food and beverage, casino, and attraction operations within a destination or multisite environment Current status as a licensed gaming operator, or full eligibility to obtain and maintain the required gaming licence, with direct accountability for casino operations Proven strength as a safetyfocused leader, with deep expertise in SOP development, operational processes, and experience operating in remoteenvironments Broad operational experience across food and beverage, hoteloperations, maintenance, and capital projects Strong financial and P&L acumen, with a track record of driving both employee engagement and guest satisfaction while delivering disciplined financial results Extensive experience in operations, training, and leadership development across diverse teams and environments The ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization, working effectively across cultural backgrounds and with community and regulatory stakeholders A leadership style that inspires followership through clear values, brand stewardship, and a commitment to hospitality excellence Comfort operating in a smaller or remote market, balancing strategic oversight with visible, handson leadership Corporate Culture Compensation & Relocation Base salary expected to be $180,000 or higher, commensurate with experience Substanitial variable compensation targetedtied to performance Relocation assistance offered Housing assistance available Preference for candidates with experience in smaller or remote communities, or personal ties to the region The Opportunity This role offers a rare opportunity to step into a senior executive position with genuine influence, autonomy, and longterm growth potential.
